Job summary

Elite Vacations, part of the ELITE Property Group, is seeking a Holiday Homes Agent in Dubai to grow and manage our short-term rental portfolio with landlords and guests. You will optimize occupancy and revenue through onboarding, listings, pricing, and guest communications, supported by our back-office and leadership team.

We offer AED 8,000–12,000 base salary with competitive commissions, visa and medical insurance, and ongoing development in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals.

• Solid knowledge of Dubai/UAE property market.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new holiday home properties by engaging landlords and developers.
• Negotiate and close holiday home management agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding, inspections, listings, and photography.
• Analyse market trends and set competitive nightly rates.
• Manage guest bookings, inquiries, and communications.
• Oversee check-ins/outs and guest requests.
• Coordinate maintenance and turnovers to maintain high standards.

Role Overview – Holiday Homes Agent

As a Holiday Homes Agent, you will be responsible for growing and managing our short-term rental portfolio while ensuring exceptional service for both property owners and guests. This role combines business development, property onboarding, revenue optimisation, and day-to-day operational coordination.

You will work closely with landlords, investors, and internal teams to secure new units, maximise occupancy and revenue, and deliver a seamless holiday homes experience from onboarding through to guest departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new holiday home properties by engaging landlords, investors, and developers
• Negotiate and close holiday home management agreements
• Coordinate full property onboarding, including inspections, compliance, listings, and professional photography
• Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to set competitive nightly rates and optimise revenue
• Manage guest bookings and communications across multiple platforms
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and issue resolution
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and unit turnovers to maintain high property standards
• Maintain accurate availability calendars, lead tracking, and performance reporting via internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• RERA certification is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Proven ability to source properties and close agreements

• Solid understanding of the Dubai/UAE property market
• UAE driving licence and own car for property viewings and flexibility
