Business Development Manager – Holiday & Short Term Rentals

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team.

What You’ll Do

• Prospecting landlords from CRM system, Dubizzle and database sheets
• Onboarding a minimum of 8 properties per month
• Dealing with referrals from internal agents
• Meeting with landlords to get agreements signed
• Preparing and sending financial projections to landlords
• Building rapport with potential landlords on a daily basis
• Conducting market reports frequently to create presentations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Driving licence and a car is a must
• Experience in Dubai is essential
• Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market preferred
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Proven experience improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Confident working in a commission based environment
