Job Summary (List Format) OSS / Tools Administrator

• Administer and maintain ManageEngine tool suite (OpManager, EventLog Analyzer, Analytics Plus, PAM360, ServiceDesk).
• Design and optimize dashboards, SLA reports, and alerting to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
• Support API integrations with external systems (e.g., SIEM, ITSM, APM, Cloud platforms).
• Handle tool patching, database maintenance, user access control, and permission management.
• Ensure system stability, security compliance, and performance tuning for ManageEngine components.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve monitoring, reporting, and automation capabilities.
• Utilize strong troubleshooting and documentation skills to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Apply knowledge of network monitoring, event management, and ITSM best practices.
• Leverage experience with database administration and API integrations to support tool functionality.
