About the job ORACLE PAYROLL FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Payroll Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in Oracle Payroll configuration and fast formula development. UAE Payroll implementation experience is a strong plus; however, candidates with solid payroll experience from other regions will also be considered. Immediate availability will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for Oracle Payroll, preferably for UAE Payroll.
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and related components within Oracle HCM.
- Develop, build, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas independently; no separate technical resource will be provided.
- Execute payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Analyze payroll requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional configurations.
- Provide technical problem‑solving, debugging, and enhancements across payroll modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; client‑facing exposure is not critical for this role.
- Support post‑implementation activities and continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–8 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Payroll as a techno‑functional consultant.
- UAE Payroll implementation experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to independently configure Oracle Payroll and build Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory rules, and system automation.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, high‑quality output.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Attributes

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification (advantage).
- Experience with multi‑country payroll implementations.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with minimal supervision.
