Key Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced surgical procedures such as vitrectomy, laser photocoagulation, and retinal repairs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
  • Monitor and manage post‑operative care and patient recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
