Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled according to required quality and safety standards.
• Communicate important shift information clearly to frontline managers, operators, and relevant support teams.
• Monitor labor requirements throughout each shift and adjust associate allocation according to workload, forecasts, and operating plans.
• Respond quickly to deviations in productivity, staffing, process readiness, or customer-facing performance.
• Coordinate with support functions and other departments to address recurring operational challenges.
• Maintain process-area readiness and support disciplined application of 5S workplace organization practices.
• Work with training, safety, and operational support teams to strengthen associate capability and station performance.
• Review operational data to identify logistics and supply chain bottlenecks.
• Use analysis and practical problem solving to improve workflow, productivity, and process reliability.
• Support implementation of process optimization initiatives at station level.
• Escalate significant operational risks or performance concerns to appropriate management.
• Help ensure shift plans and forecasts are delivered while maintaining employee safety, service quality, and operational discipline.
