• Manage end-to-end daily operations across assigned small-format sites.
• Supervise last-mile delivery activity and coordinate execution with Delivery Service Partners.
• Oversee third-party store operations supporting the ultra-fast grocery model.
• Ensure customer-facing service metrics are achieved while maintaining cost targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance; implement 4M/5S audits and improvements.
