Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous logistics or operations experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise associates across locations.
• Understanding of daily store/fulfilment activities.
• Knowledge of safety and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for one large site or a group of smaller sites.
• Supervise store activities and ensure dependable order fulfilment.
• Achieve customer-facing performance metrics within cost targets.
• Maintain workplace safety and team morale.
• Coach associates and monitor progress.
• Provide training plans for associates.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, technology and finance teams.
• Escalate critical concerns appropriately.
• Stand in for Area Manager when needed.
