The Operations Lead will help run Amazon 's ultra-fast grocery model by managing daily operations across a combination of smaller sites and coordinating last-mile execution with Delivery Service Partners and third-party store operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations across assigned small-format sites.
• Supervise last-mile delivery activity and coordinate execution with Delivery Service Partners.

• Monitor under-the-roof and on-the-road productivity, quality, and safety performance.
• Implement Amazon operational policies consistently, including attendance tracking and performance standards.
• Motivate, coach, and provide regular feedback to associates and riders.
• Drive performance management for team members and address gaps through structured action plans.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for riders.
• Review operational data to identify issues affecting speed, quality, productivity, or customer experience.
• Improve delivery processes and establish sustainable performance gains.
• Coordinate corrective actions when service or cost performance falls below target.
• Conduct daily 4M audits covering manpower, methods, machines, and materials.
• Perform daily 5S audits to maintain organized, efficient, and safe station environments.
• Monitor safety practices and reinforce compliance across site and delivery operations.
• Maintain team morale while balancing demanding operational targets.
