Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily last mile operations for multiple dark stores, including managing teams of Operations Supervisors and DSPs.
• Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring associate safety and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Be obsessed with metrics, identifying root causes of performance issues and driving improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement simple, practical improvements.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize software/hardware tools to support daily operations and rollout of new systems.
