Rather than focusing only on reporting, the specialist will work close to daily operations across a combination of smaller sites. The role will identify process gaps, reinforce standard work, investigate performance weaknesses, and implement practical improvements that raise delivery reliability while controlling cost and maintaining safety. The ACES Specialist will also provide leadership coverage when required by standing in for the Area Manager and ensuring operational continuity.
