Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end daily operations across assigned sites or stores
• Supervise store operations and ensure smooth execution of workflows
• Monitor customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost and safety targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Develop training plans and support skill development of associates
• Conduct operational audits including 4M and 5S standards
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Track productivity, quality, and safety performance across teams
• Support Area Manager responsibilities when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies including attendance and performance tracking
