Role Context

The Operations Lead is responsible for daily end-to-end management of store and delivery operations across assigned sites. This role ensures strong execution of operational standards, team productivity, customer service performance, and workplace safety while supporting fast delivery services and maintaining smooth business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end operations for one large site or multiple smaller store locations
• Supervise third-party store operations and maintain smooth workflow across delivery functions
• Monitor customer-facing service metrics while maintaining cost targets and operational efficiency
• Ensure attendance tracking, policy implementation, and workplace compliance are handled fairly and consistently
• Lead performance management for team members through coaching, feedback, and productivity monitoring
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates
• Improve operational processes to achieve sustained performance improvements
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits across stores to maintain quality and operational standards
• Support safety procedures and maintain strong team morale and productivity
• Act as stand-in for the Area Manager when required

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with Family Book required
• Experience in operations planning, performance management, and process improvement
• Background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import and export operations, or related operational roles preferred
• Strong understanding of productivity, quality, and workplace safety management
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
