Key Responsibilities

• Drive the on-site rollout of Community Operations standard work across Amazon Now and last-mile locations.

Community and Stakeholder Management

• Act as a primary operational contact for building management teams and security personnel across relevant sites.

• Record interactions through structured ticketing processes.
• Identify emerging concerns and coordinate action before they develop into larger operational issues.
• Support frequent engagement with higher-risk locations when operational circumstances require it.
• Work across site teams to maintain constructive relationships with relevant community stakeholders.

Operational Risk Mitigation

The Operations Lead will work closely with Operations Executives and Area Managers to identify community and operational risks before they lead to regulatory attention or service disruption. Areas of focus include dwell control, parking violations, noise concerns, and other site-related issues. The role requires practical problem-solving, timely escalation management, and consistent follow-through until identified issues are resolved.

Last-Mile Operations

The position supports a fast delivery model involving third-party store operations and Delivery Service Partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping teams maintain productivity, quality, and safety across both site-based and on-road activities. The Operations Lead will also support consistent administration of operational policies, including attendance tracking, while providing coaching, performance feedback, and direction to associates.
