Job summary

Elite Group Holding is seeking an Onboarding Executive in Dubai to manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires. You will coordinate with Recruitment, IT, Administration, and HR to ensure timely joining formalities and proper documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver a smooth onboarding journey and high levels of new-hire satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR onboarding or HR administration preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams and department heads for timely joining formalities and documentation.
• Prepare, review, and maintain employment documents, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
• Coordinate visa processing, medical examinations, Emirates ID applications, and other joining requirements.
• Ensure employee documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to company procedures, policies, and workplace culture.
• Coordinate with IT, Administration, and other departments to arrange system access and required resources.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems with onboarding information.
• Track joining schedules, monitor onboarding progress, and follow up on pending documents.
• Serve as the main contact point for new employees and address onboarding-related queries.
• Suggest improvements to onboarding procedures to enhance employee experience.
