InZone Corporate Services Provider in Dubai is seeking an HR Executive to drive onboarding, onboarding/offboarding processes, employee relations, culture, and compliance. The role reports to the HR Manager and requires strong communication skills and discretion.

The successful candidate will support payroll, policy documentation, and training initiatives to foster a positive, compliant workplace in the UAE.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR in UAE.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and manage visas and permits.
Employee Relations: Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Culture & Engagement: Organize events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to boost engagement.
Performance Management & Training: Support HR Manager with performance processes and training initiatives.
HR Policy & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, maintain employee records, and update policies.
Payroll & Compensation: Ensure monthly payroll accuracy and assist with compensation initiatives.
