Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking an HR Coordinator for People Experience in Dubai to deliver comprehensive administration across the employee lifecycle. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding, maintain HR data accuracy, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance people experience.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus, and you will handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support across recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding.
• Maintain accurate HR reporting and coordinate interviews and testing.
• Deliver onboarding and orientation for a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure due diligence of documents and transactions in line with SLA.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback.
