Qualifications

• Experience in customer service onboarding or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist new customers in the onboarding process guiding them on account setup and product/service features.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients addressing any queries or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for customer onboarding.
• Collect feedback from customers during the onboarding process to improve procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to customers on using company products/services effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress for reference and analysis.
• Stay updated on product updates industry trends and best practices to better assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as email phone and live chat.
