Job summary

AESG, a Specialist Consultancy, Engineering and Advisory Firm, seeks an HR Onboarding Coordinator to manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees in the UAE. You will generate contracts, manage pre-onboarding tasks, and coordinate with TA, IT, Admin and Travel teams to ensure readiness before joining.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/related field and 2–3 years of UAE HR experience, with strong MS Office skills and a focus on accurate, timely processes. This is a on-site UAE-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience working in the HR function, supporting a fast-growing business environment.
• Working experience in the UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and generate employment contracts and offer letters in accordance with company policies and local labour laws.
• Coordinate with TA and management to update contract templates and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders on corporate emails creation, software requests and NetSuite licenses.
