Job summary

Azizi Group is seeking an HR Operations & Generalist professional in Dubai to manage joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation, while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance. The role supports payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate with PRO for visas and permits, contributing to a smooth employee experience and compliant HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist HR roles.
• Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience in employee documentation, onboarding, HR administration, and payroll coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate joining process: offer letters, contracts, onboarding documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR queries and resolve concerns.
• Maintain employee files, HR databases, and records; manage leaves and attendance.
• Support contracts, work permits, visas renewals in UAE; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate payroll data; assist benefits administration and payroll inquiries.
• Track probation, renewals, confirmations, resignations; support exit processes.
