Azizi Developments seeks an HR onboarding coordinator to manage the end-to-end joining process for new hires across multiple departments in Dubai. You will handle documents, joining formalities, visas, Emirates ID, and maintain onboarding records.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, PRO, IT and Administration to ensure a smooth start, deliver a welcoming experience, and comply with UAE labour and immigration requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR onboarding/HR operations or employee services.
• Knowledge of UAE employment documentation and onboarding.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Service-oriented mindset with passion for employee experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires across departments.
• Prepare and manage employment documents, joining formalities, and files.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, PRO, IT, Admin to ensure smooth joining.
• Follow up on visa processing, Emirates ID, and other employment formalities.
• Ensure timely documentation, system updates, and onboarding checklists.
• Conduct onboarding briefings and introduce policies and workplace practices.
• Track joining status, maintain records, and prepare onboarding reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration requirements.
• Provide a welcoming, responsive, and professional experience for every new joiner.
