Overview

HR Analyst - Employee Onboarding hiring opportunity in Dubai, UAE within the Human Resources sector for professionals experienced in onboarding operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR support services. Al‑Futtaim Group is seeking a detail‑oriented HR professional to manage new hire processes, onboarding formalities, compliance, and employee support while ensuring a smooth joining experience across MENA operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for all onboarding activities related to new employee joining processes
• Manage onboarding queries and communicate clearly with new joiners regarding required documentation and joining timelines
• Process documents related to government formalities, visas, labor requirements, and onboarding compliance
• Coordinate joining arrangements including hotel bookings, e‑tickets, induction schedules, and corporate orientation programs
• Work closely with HR business partners, line managers, and regional stakeholders across MENA countries
• Provide guidance on company policies and UAE labor law requirements during the onboarding journey
• Ensure onboarding cases are managed within service level agreements and turnaround times
• Maintain accurate employee data in SAP and perform regular quality checks to ensure confidentiality and compliance
• Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve onboarding experience and service delivery
• Monitor work‑in‑progress reports, track case closures, and escape operational issues where needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, teamwork, and internal knowledge sharing

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• CIPD or similar professional HR qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or onboarding specialist in UAE or GCC
