People Operations Generalist: Onboarding & Compliance

Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, HR policies, HRMS administration, background verification and offboarding, acting as the trusted contact for employees and leaders.

You will ensure compliance, maintain organised records, support investigations, and partner with the PRO and leadership to drive a people-focused workplace in the United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations or Employee Relations professional.
• Strong knowledge of labour law, HR policies and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with an HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Zoho or similar).
• Excellent communication, confidentiality and investigation skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and guide HR team members on their application.
• Update the employee guide / HR navigator so employees understand their rights, duties and employment-related processes.
• Manage document verification, background checks and medical check-ups in line with company policy.
• Oversee the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts, aligned with the compensation and reward framework.
• Coordinate with the PRO on joining documents, induction and orientation programs, with accurate filing and records.
• Create and maintain employee files (contracts, promotions, recognitions, disciplinary records) with role-based access.
• Handle employee grievances, support conflict resolution and conduct confidential investigations.
• Define HRMS requirements, recommend system improvements and supervise data entry for accuracy and access control.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights to improve retention.
