Job summary

Cloudflare is recruiting in Dubai for a senior Enterprise Sales leader to architect and close multi-million dollar deals across the region. You will own strategic territory plans, forecast rigorously, and align Cloudflare architectures with customer IT environments.

You will lead virtual cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and build executive-level relationships to drive adoption and retention while navigating complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of advanced experience selling complex technology solutions across Oman.
• Deep expertise and fluency in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing.
• Proven ability to understand complex customer IT architectures and map to platform solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading and influencing virtual cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional strategic communication and presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Advanced negotiation skills with a track record of closing large deals.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and MEDDPICC.
• Bachelor's degree required, with a technical background highly preferred.
• Ability to travel to engage with key customers and internal teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute advanced territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar sales targets.
• Lead proactive and strategic pipeline management and deliver accurate forecasting.
• Develop a profound understanding of customers' IT architectures and align Cloudflare Reference Architectures to customer environments.
• Orchestrate and manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously across various business units.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Deal Desk, and Legal to close complex opportunities.
• Act as an authority on digital transformation and position Cloudflare as a critical enabler.
• Articulate strategic value propositions directly linking them to customer business outcomes.
• Expertly lead and navigate complex contract negotiations.
• Build long-term, executive-level strategic relationships to ensure deep customer adoption and retention.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
