Job summary

Cloudflare, Dubai-based, seeks a senior sales leader to scale new business revenue across Commercial and Mid-Market accounts in the UAE and Oman. You will lead a team of Account Executives, coach them, and ensure pipeline, deals, and forecasts align with growth targets.

As part of regional leadership, you will collaborate with SalesOps, Marketing, Channel and other functions to drive brand awareness, refine go-to-market strategies, and hire top talent to meet ambitious growth goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in UAE and Oman.
• Proven track record in achieving quotas with B2B customers.
• Ability to lead and coach a team of Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional sales growth by meeting quarterly and annual quotas
• Manage, coach, and develop your team of Account Executives
• Provide day-to-day deal support and guidance to AEs
• Source, interview, and recruit top sales talents in coordination with recruiting and sales leaders
• Own and drive accurate and up-to-date AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and provide attainment forecast guidance to sales management
• Develop and maintain AE profiles for the region
• Drive channel relationships forward to accelerate channel business
• Set the bar for data-driven new business sales and growth of existing accounts
