The Office Manager / Executive Assistant to CEO provides high-level operational and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office and seamless execution of executive priorities. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and communications
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Office & Operations Management
  • Oversee daily office operations and facilities management

People & Administration
  • Support HR administration including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination
  • Assist with performance cycles, internal communications, and policy rollout

Financial & Administrative Control

  • Support invoicing, payments, and procurement processes
