Job summary

NAFFCO is seeking an experienced Offboarding Specialist to manage the employee exit process and support retention initiatives. You will conduct professional exit interviews, gather feedback, analyze turnover trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and retention across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and confidentiality skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR operations, employee relations, or offboarding processes is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR information systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional exit interviews with employees prior to their final working day.
Meet departing employees across locations to gather feedback.
Build trust to understand reasons behind resignations.
Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Ensure exit interview records are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Analyze turnover trends by department, location, job category, and demographics.
Prepare monthly attrition reports with insights and recommendations.
Support HR leadership with workforce analytics to improve retention.
