Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB seeks an Indemnities professional to manage customer exit requests and apply retention tools to minimize attrition while aligning communications and expectations.

The role involves screening customer financials from a risk perspective, proposing solutions to sustain borrowing relationships, and coordinating with Credit, Collections, Operations, Risk and branches to reduce risk and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of banking products and policies.
• Experience with risk and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Screen customer financial records from a credit/risk perspective and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Operations, Risk and branches to retain customers.
• Prepare proposals for EOSB cases and assess viability of continuing borrowing relationships.
• Ensure timely processing, alerts, and proper earmarking of accounts in the indemnities workflow.
• Maintain accurate MIS and provide weekly/monthly KPI reports.
