Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR Operations Offboarding based in Abu Dhabi to lead the complete employee offboarding lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have extensive UAE HR operations experience, with strong knowledge of end-of-service calculations, visa cancellation procedures, and team management.

The role requires managing exit processes, handling final settlements, and coordinating with MOHRE and ICP/GDRFA portals to ensure compliance with UAE Labour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 8–15 years of HR operations experience with offboarding focus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and EOSB calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes.
• Handle resignations, terminations, retirements, and contracts.
• Calculate EOSB accurately per UAE Labour Law.
• Process final settlements, leave encashment, and deductions.
• Coordinate labor and visa cancellation and government procedures.
• Ensure timely clearance from internal departments.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR Operations Offboarding to lead and manage the complete employee offboarding lifecycle The ideal candidate must have extensive UAE HR operations experience with strong knowledge of end-of-service calculations labor law visa cancellation procedures and team management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process


• Handle all resignation termination retirement and contract completion cases


• Calculate End of Service Benefits EOSB accurately in accordance with UAE Labour Law


• Process employee final settlements leave encashment deductions and all final dues


• Coordinate labor cancellation visa cancellation Emirates ID cancellation and related government procedures


• Ensure timely clearance from all internal departments before employee exit


• Prepare and review final settlement documents and exit documentation


• Lead and supervise the HR Offboarding team ensuring service excellence and SLA compliance


• Review reports monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to management


• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies


• Handle employee queries related to offboarding and final settlements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 8-15 years of HR Operations experience, with significant experience in Offboarding.


• Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, End of Service Benefits (EOSB), final settlement calculations, and labor/visa cancellation procedures.


• Experience managing and leading a team, with direct reports.


• Hands-on experience with HRMS and government portals (MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, and related systems).


• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience in large organizations with high employee volumes.


• Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage.
