Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a proactive Indemnities Retention specialist in Dubai to manage customer exit requests and identify retention strategies. You will work with Credit, Collections, Risk, and Operations to minimize attrition while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, knowledge of banking products, and collaboration across departments to safeguard the bank’s interests and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen customer financials from a credit/risk perspective and propose retention solutions.
• Submit management proposals for EOSB cases to retain borrowing relationships.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Risk and branches to assess risks and opportunities.
• Assess customers’ financial position post-employment settlement and propose supports to maintain relationships.
• Process indemnities with EOSB and manage alerts, earmarking when needed.
• Maintain clear customer communications and present the department in meetings.
