Job summary

GMG Gulf is seeking a meticulous People Specialist for Offboarding in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will manage the complete employee exit lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards.

Your role involves overseeing resignations and terminations, calculating end-of-service benefits, and conducting exit interviews. A Bachelor's Degree and 4-5 years of HR operations experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of UAE-based HR operations experience, specializing in offboarding or HR compliance.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and gratuity/end-of-service calculation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage sensitive employee exits.
• Highly organized, accurate, and capable of handling multiple offboarding cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire offboarding process including resignations, terminations, and contract completions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies in all exit procedures.
• Accurately calculate end-of-service benefits (EOSB), final settlements, and statutory payments.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, and IT teams for timely closure of employee accounts.
• Prepare and issue all exit-related documentation such as clearance forms and service certificates.
