Job summary

NAFFCO FZCO in Dubai seeks a motivated Junior Organizational Development Officer to support Learning & Development and Succession Planning. You will coordinate training programs, maintain records, and help strengthen the internal talent pipeline.

The role also involves preparing reports and dashboards, partnering with department heads, and assisting in competency mapping, job descriptions, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, HR, or Organizational Development.
• Fresh graduates with strong HR internship experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop the L&D calendar.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including logistics and registrations.
• Maintain employee training records within the HRIS/LMS and generate reports.
• Support succession planning: databases, talent profiles, and readiness tracking.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses for management; ensure confidentiality and compliance.
