Job summary

A1 Properties, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, seeks an Off-Plan Team Leader to drive growth for the off-plan division. You will manage a team of property consultants, promote high-value off-plan deals, and coordinate end-to-end sales from launch to handover.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Dubai off-plan markets, strong leadership, and proven negotiation skills to exceed targets and build client relationships with developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Dubai's off-plan real estate market as a Team Lead or Manager.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of property consultants.
• Strong track record of achieving off-plan sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan developers, projects, and payment plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team monthly and quarterly sales targets for off-plan residential units.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants.
• Monitor pipeline performance and conversion rates across active projects.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members on project knowledge and sales process.
• Represent A1 Properties at project launches and developer events.
