Richmond Properties in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Off Plan to drive revenue across the Off Plan portfolio and lead a high‑performing team of Property Consultants.

You will execute the off‑plan sales strategy, mentor staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver exceptional results, growth, and market leadership through strong relationships with developers and project partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai off-plan market and developer landscape.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's off-plan sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Drive sales performance through pipeline management and deal progression.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers and project partners.
• Monitor market trends, project launches, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Off Plan Property Consultants.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
