Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Off Plan Market real estate sales experience.
• 1-2 years leading and inspiring salespeople.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent in English; native language plus English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Review agent KPIs and manage leads, CRM, and follow-ups.
• Drive Off Plan and Secondary Market sales and hire/train agents.
• Represent the Metropolitan Brand professionally and build relationships.
