Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 1.5 years UAE off-plan real estate experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the off-plan sales team to achieve business targets.
• Guide team members through the sales process and provide coaching.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies with management.
