Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking an experienced OEM Business Development professional to lead the OEM growth strategy across the region. You will identify new OEM customers, expand wallet share and build strategic account plans to drive revenue.

You will develop executive relationships within OEM organisations, position Schneider Electric as a strategic technology partner, and collaborate with systems integrators and distributors to enable co-selling and market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automation engineering.
8–10 years of OEM account management and industrial and machine automation sales experience.
Strong understanding of Machine Automation, Packaging Machines, Material Handling, Water and Environmental Equipment, Food & Beverage Machinery, HVAC Equipment, Compressors, Pumps and OEM Skids and Process Equipment

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the OEM growth strategy aligned with regional business objectives.
Identify, qualify and acquire new OEM customers and expand wallet share.
Develop strategic account plans for key OEM customers.
Establish executive and operational relationships within OEM organizations.
Position Schneider Electric as a strategic technology partner.
Increase customer loyalty and retention.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions; drive opportunity management.
Promote portfolio: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Industrial Software, Drives, Networks and more.
Collaborate with System Integrators, Panel Builders, Distributors, Machine Consultants to build ecosystems.
Coordinate with presales and technical support teams; ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Monitor market intelligence and provide feedback to business teams.
