Job summary
Schneider Electric in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to drive growth with machine builders and equipment manufacturers. You will lead the OEM growth strategy, expand key accounts, and position Schneider Electric’s portfolio as the preferred technology partner across industrial automation, sensors, drives, and digital solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or automation engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in OEM account management and industrial and machine automation sales.
- Proven track record in achieving growth targets and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of Machine Automation, Packaging Machines, Material Handling, Water and Environmental Equipment, Food & Beverage Machinery, HVAC Equipment, Compressors, Pumps and OEM Skids and Process Equipment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the OEM growth strategy aligned with regional objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new OEM customers and expand wallet share.
- Establish executive and operational relationships within OEM organizations and position Schneider Electric as a strategic technology partner.
- Achieve annual Order Intake, Sales, Gross Margin, and Profitability targets; lead forecasts and negotiations.
- Promote portfolio adoption across Industrial Automation, Industrial Control, and Digital Solutions.
- Identify key OEM accounts with growth potential and develop annual growth programs.
- Collaborate with system integrators, panel builders, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify strategic machine-building projects and coordinate with presales teams.
- Monitor market developments and provide competitive feedback.
- Ensure alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
