Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE seeks a senior EPC China Key Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with leading Chinese EPCs in the Gulf Cluster. You will drive growth by engaging customers early in projects and positioning our energy, buildings, data centers and infrastructure solutions across the Gulf region.

The role focusses on strategic account planning, customer engagement, and project pursuits in collaboration with country sales teams and regional stakeholders to secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• 8-12 years of experience in Key Account Management, Project Sales, Business Development, or EPC Sales.
• Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory; English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Chinese EPC customers operating in the Gulf Cluster.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership, project directors, engineering teams and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead customer intimacy and position Schneider Electric as a preferred technology and solutions partner.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across Gulf-based EPC-led projects and influence project specifications and technology selections.
• Coordinate with sales segment, technical and offer teams to develop winning value propositions and support major project pursuits.
• Monitor market intelligence and provide insights to support strategic planning and forecast accuracy.
