Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an OEM Sales Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy for Original Equipment Manufacturers across assigned territories and industry segments. The role focuses on profitable growth, expanding customer relationships, and positioning Schneider Electric’s portfolio as the preferred choice for machine builders and equipment manufacturers.

The role acts as a trusted advisor, supporting machine standardization, digital transformation, energy efficiency, and automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Automation Engineering.
8-10 years of OEM Account Management and industrial/machine automation sales experience.
Proven track record in achieving growth targets and developing strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the OEM growth strategy across territories and industry segments.
Establish executive and operational relationships within OEM organizations.
Lead commercial negotiations, drive opportunity qualification and closure.
Coordinate with presales, channel partners, and marketing to promote Schneider Electric solutions.
Monitor market developments and competitor activities to inform strategy.
