Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE seeks a Digital Energy Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across Gulf C&SP and Buildings segments, promoting PMS, EcoStruxure, PQ, EMS, and Connected Services. You will engage end users, consultants, contractors, developers, and partners to generate specifications and secure orders.

You will develop strategies, grow the pipeline, and lead executive reviews with strategic customers and hyperscale partners, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology/Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, cloud sales, telecommunications, or strategic account management.
• Experience in systems sales for building segment; strong knowledge of Schneider Electric tendering processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Digital Energy portfolio in the Gulf region across C&SP and Buildings segments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with end users, consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with consistent funnel growth; monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Engage with executive customers, lead business reviews, and influence technology roadmaps.
