TECCODD CAREERS is seeking a Sales Manager OEM MENA to target and maintain relationships with regional OEMs. You will coordinate RFQ intake, liaise with estimation, and ensure HBIs capabilities are presented effectively across UAE and nearby markets.

You will manage CRM records, track RFQs, and support bid activities, with frequent travel across MENA. Fluent English and a technical sales background are required; experience with E Houses and substations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the MENA region.
• Proven ability to read RFQ packages and raise technical questions.
• Active network within target OEMs' sales tendering and procurement teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Cover target OEMs in the region with named contacts across sales and project teams.
• Maintain relationships through regular visits across UAE and regional offices.
• Manage RFQ intake, ensure complete packages, and coordinate with estimation.
• Support bid processes with budgeting and layouts when required.
• Keep CRM updated with forecasted RFQs and opportunities.
