Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Offer Marketing Manager for Control & Signaling Products in Dubai. You will define the strategic direction, drive portfolio growth, and oversee lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and market intelligence while collaborating with sales, operations and partners.

You will engage OEMs, machine builders, system integrators and distributors to translate customer insights into portfolio enhancements and go-to-market plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in electrical/industrial/automation engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Product Management and Offer Marketing.
• Strong understanding of machine automation markets and industrial control technologies.
• Proven experience managing product portfolios and go-to-market strategies.
• Technical knowledge in industrial control and signaling systems; machine automation; OEM and machine builder applications.
• Experience with channel and distribution business models.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Define and execute growth strategy for the Control & Signaling portfolio and manage full product lifecycle from market assessment to end-of-life decisions.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research on customer needs, industry dynamics, and emerging technologies; monitor competitors' offerings and pricing.
• Commercial & Business Performance: Own portfolio revenue, growth, margins and market share objectives; develop pricing and profitability strategies; establish performance metrics.
• Customer & Market Development: Engage with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, panel builders and distributors; translate Voice of Customer insights into portfolio improvements.
• Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence: Lead product launch activities and commercialization plans; develop marketing campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
• Sales Enablement & Channel Development: Create sales tools and training; support strategic opportunities and major customer engagements; enable channel growth through targeted programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Global Offer Management, Industrial Automation Sales Teams, Marketing Communications, Supply Chain and Manufacturing and Quality and Services Organizations.
