Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Product Management and Offer Marketing.
• Strong understanding of machine automation markets and industrial control technologies.
• Proven experience managing product portfolios and go‑to‑market strategies.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Control & Signaling portfolio.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of products, from market assessment and launch to enhancement and end-of-life decisions.
• Identify white-space opportunities and adjacent market growth segments.
• Own portfolio revenue, growth, margin, and market share objectives.
• Develop pricing and profitability strategies.
• Establish portfolio performance metrics and corrective action plans.
• Engage with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, panel builders and distributors.
• Lead product launch activities and commercialization plans.
• Develop marketing campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
• Train sales teams, channel partners, and presales engineers.
