• Extensive experience in operations management with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in control room operations or similar environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, supervise and verify Control Room Operators' activities.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Document operational tasks and report to management.
• Motivate and coach new employees and assist in training.
