- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, supervise and verify Control Room Operators' activities.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Document operational tasks and report to management.
- Motivate and coach new employees and assist in training.
