Job summary

Accor's Ennismore hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures and maintaining exceptional guest service.

You will monitor room availability, coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering, handle guest requests promptly, and ensure seamless shift handovers to the morning team. Strong English, leadership and PMS knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Night Manager or Duty Manager experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hotel PMS.
• Strong knowledge of Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
