• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Front Office, Guest Relations or similar role in a 5-star luxury setting.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial position within Guest Relations or Front Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences.
• Handle inquiries, requests and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Supervise and coach Guest Relations team to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping for seamless experiences.
• Analyse guest feedback and suggest service improvements to management.
• Assist in plans for VIP arrivals, guest recognition, and events.
