Job summary

AccorHotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Night Manager to oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and monitoring occupancy. The role requires coordinating with Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest service.

Required are a hospitality degree, 3–5 years in Front Office (supervisory preferred), strong knowledge of PMS and Night Audit, plus excellent English and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong knowledge of Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room availability, room assignments, and occupancy levels.
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communication with the morning team.
