You will oversee night operations, collaborate with the Front Office and Rooms Management teams, and resolve guest issues with impeccable hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential for guest interaction.
• Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Manages the Front Desk staff during overnight shift, interviewing, training and scheduling.
• Conducts performance evaluations and disciplines staff as needed.
• Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing with Sales and Catering.
• Ensures compliance with all financial and credit procedures.
• Resolves guest complaints with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
