Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2–3 years in a similar luxury-brand role.
• Outgoing personality and can-do approach to tasks.
• High level of understanding of Rooms operations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least five years related luxury-hotel experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Strong leadership and inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Front Desk staff during overnight shift.
• Interviews, trains and schedules staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations and disciplinaries as needed.
• Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing with Sales and Catering.
• Ensures all financial and credit procedures are followed.
• Resolves guest complaints from all hotel areas.
• Handles guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
